This policy overview applies to GateOva website pages, demo/contact submissions, and enterprise visitor management deployments under signed agreements.

Data is processed to support visitor pre-registration, identity checks, reception workflows, security controls, reporting, and compliance operations.

Security controls

GateOva supports role-based access, encrypted transport, operational logging, and controlled administrative access to reduce unauthorized data exposure risk.
